Delancey Street at San Juan Pueblo continues to be the most rewarding Outside In venue. The 120 men and women residing there are deeply appreciative of every event. For the past eight years we have been bringing to them the most talented musicians in the region as well as nationally known artists such as Arlo Guthrie, John McEuen and Kenny Brown. Time and again residents at Delancey St. tell us that Outside In performances make a major difference in their lives while they are in the midst of such intensive rehabilitation.. A major realization for them is that they can deeply appreciate a performance without the use of alcohol or mind altering substances. This level of audience appreciation also has a beneficial impact upon the performing artists that cannot be underestimated.
