Santa Fe Bandstand happens every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings in July and August from 6 - 8 p.m. and every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from noon - 1:30 p.m.

This eight week long music festival ran through August 25, 2005 for a grand total of 47 shows featuring 78 acts! Featuring some of the finest, Blues, Latin, Country, Rock, Reggae, R&B, Jazz, Bluegrass, Folk, Alternative and World Beat Music that Northern New Mexico has to offer: 

• Monday evenings - Country, bluegrass, swing, folk alternative.
• Tuesday evenings - World Beat, Reggae, Jazz
• Wednesday evenings - Musica de la Gente (Latin)
• Thursday evenings - Blues, Rock, R&B, Funk

This year we included several national touring acts--- Chuck Pyle, Prince Diabate from Guinea, West Africa and the Mud Ponies from Los Angeles, former Santa Feans, ThaMuseMeant from Oregon, and Key Frances from Los Angeles. 

Santa Fe Bandstand is here for the community and visitors alike as we enjoy our beautiful Santa Fe Plaza.  We will also be highlighting a different non-profit community based organization each evening.
 
Santa Fe Bandstand is funded by the City of Santa Fe, The New Mexico Tourism Department. The Santa Fe Community Foundation and The McCune Charitable Foundation. Production is by Outside In and a steering committee that has strived to include a wide range of performers who represent the diversity and wealth of talent of the local music scene of this region. Sponsors include The City of Santa Fe Arts Commission, The City of Santa Fe Visitors and Convention Bureau, The New Mexico Tourism Department,The Santa Fe Community Foundation, The McCune Charitable Foundation, The Santa Fe New Mexican, KBAC and SCF Channel 8.
